None of us had any idea ‘I Swear’ would be so big,” Kennedy said. “I look back and think wow, it’s a classic song. This summer, All-4-One will be coming out with their 20th anniversary album which will feature 20 songs, including their hit, “I Swear.” Solo, we tried for so long, and then all of a sudden this group opportunity came up.” All of us individually had been singing and trying to get a record deal our whole lives. I met him and he said if you can put a group together I can get you an audition. After that, a record producer came to my church looking for a guy group.
